STAGE 1: Initial selection of submitted CVs. We will contact you if your candidate profile meets our expectations. STAGE 2: We will invite selected candidates to a meeting and ask them to do several practical tasks under the supervision of one of our trainers (we will check technical, mechanical and analytical skills). STAGE 3: Immediately after the tasks, we will want to get to know you a little: we will meet for a short recruitment interview. DECISION: We always provide feedback within 7 business days. No candidate invited to the meeting will be left unanswered. Employees improve their skills and acquire new knowledge, which translates into their earnings. As part of their qualifications for particular levels of the program, they receive specific salary allowances. Contributing to the continuous development of our organization pays off greatly :) Preferred: Previous operational experience in production, operations or warehouse and knowledge of standard operating procedures. At least basic knowledge of enterprise and warehouse management systems. Knowledge of enterprise systems may include SAP, Oracle or similar. WMS experience may include SAP, JDA, Blue Yonder or similar. Languages: Polish - effective verbal and written communication in a business context. Essential: Strong analytical skills, rigor and attention to detail in both on-site operations and documentation and analysis. Ability to transform insight into actions and proposals. Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders from diverse cultural and geographic backgrounds, often conducted remotely. The tendency to conduct loss analyses, develop proposals, etctrusting influence and assertiveness. Problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively escalate and provide support. Proven experience in productivity concepts, time and motion studies, and loss analysis. Experience with an Integrated Workflow System (IWS) or similar framework would be an advantage. Languages: English - fluent speech, solid written skills. Location and Travel Requirements: Working hours include Central European Time Zone (CET). The role is workplace based and focused; you are expected to be there on most, if not all, Monday through Friday business days. May occasionally require flexibility to start work early when necessary due to winter time change meetings. Marka and NPI are located in Asia, where the time is advanced 6-7 time zones. If you start work earlier, such interviews can be conducted remotely (from home). The person is entitled to travel within the European Union for occasional meetings with suppliers and to the DBS center in Warsaw.
