What tasks await you:

• Agreement on the terms of new contracts and their conclusion ;
• Organization of access to technical objects for the performance of works;
• Compilation and control of the deadlines for the optimization/dismantling of sites;
• Compilation and control of the terms of exclusion from the lease copper cable;
• Work in SAP: support of contracts, creation of orders (PO), control of fulfillment of contract terms and payments, collection, signing of primary documents and their transfer to the accounting department;
• Formation of offers to make changes to the terms of contracts. Control of the acceptance of these conditions by counterparties;
• Search for new technical premises according to the projects and requests of the department management;
• Preparation of presentations on the areas of activity of the department.

< strong>Necessary skills and experience:

• Experience with contracts and primary documents;
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP (preferred) ;
• High negotiation skills and initiative.
