Our requirements: experience in implementing SOC services and knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel and Defender tools - a necessary condition, knowledge of monitoring and response processes to IT security incidents (Mitre ATT&CK, SIEM, SOAR, experience in blue team/red team tests), knowledge of security operating systems (Linux/Windows), practical experience in securing AD/Entra, Google Cloud Identity and managing the security of accounts and secrets, as well as securing privileged access (IAM/IDM, PIM/PAM, PAW, Vault), knowledge of security solutions for protection cloud environments and si(SDN, VPC, FW, WAF), experience in substantive management of a team of SOC analysts and operators, communication skills and the ability to work in a team. Welcome: work automation using scripts (e.g. Python/Shell/PowerShell, Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Terragrunt, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, etc.), knowledge of DevOps/DevSecOps processes and tools, experience in working on creating software in a model CI/CD, industry certificates in the field of IT security will be an additional advantage (e.g. CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH).
