He has highly developed business awareness, is able to put himself in the client's shoes and understand his perspective. He communicates well with both IT specialists and non-technical people. It's good if: you know Playwright or Cypress you have experience in end-to-end and API test automation you have built test solutions from the beginning of the project you have skills related to TestOps or DevOps you know JavaScript and/or TypeScript you have practice in defining and implementing CI processes /CD you have knowledge of software quality control methodologies, tools, techniques and processes you are comfortable proposing and implementing improvements at various levels of the software lifecycle you have experience in functional analysis and writing functional requirements or user stories you have experience in requirements discovery and non-function testingyou communicate fluently in English - level B2, preferably C1.
