I am looking for a remote assistant to search for companies and make the first contact with B2B clients in the EU (distributors, contract suppliers, manufacturers).

The purpose of the job: to schedule calls or meetings with management/purchasing and receive requests for a commercial offer, price or technical conditions.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Form a base of target companies in the EU: distributors and manufacturers of furniture (mainly for schools, offices and kindergartens).
  • Find contacts: Owner/CEO, Head of Purchasing, Category Manager, Sales Director (email, LinkedIn, phone).
  • Make personalized email/LinkedIn mailings and follow-ups.
  • Make initial calls according to a short script (no sales over the phone) and fix the result.
  • Keep a CRM/table: statuses, contact dates, next steps.
  • Bring the contact to a clear interest: a request for a catalog or conditions, willingness to negotiate, a request for a price or tech doc, a request for samples.

Requirements:

  • Experience in lead generation, SDR or appointment setting (B2B).
  • Ability to quickly find companies and contacts (Google, LinkedIn, catalogs, business registers).
  • Written and oral communication, mainly in English.
  • Systematic, disciplined, accurate notes.
  • Calm response to rejection and ability to follow up.

Terms:

  • Remote, 2-4 hours per day (flexible, preferably in the morning).
