We are a team that closes technical (and not only) positions for Bosch Autoservice (and not only). This is a car service, where mechanics, electricians, diagnosticians, receivers work - people without whom the automotive industry does not move. The field is growing rapidly, there are many requests, and we need a recruiter who is not afraid of pace and non-standard tasks.
Who are we looking for
A person who knows how to work independently and is not lost without "warm" vacancies and an endless stream of candidates. Here, another type of recruiting is technical, difficult, with a large share of manual search and selection.
It will be comfortable for those who:
already have 1 year of experience and want to develop a technical hiring;
not afraid of deep analysis of candidates, checks, profiles;
can work responsibly without supervision "every 10 minutes";
likes to bring things to a result;
ready to grow and reach a good level, but understands that at first there will be a lot of work.
What needs to be done
Write and publish vacancies for technical specialists (auto mechanics, auto electricians, diagnostics, receivers), as well as for related areas (storekeeper, accountant, videographer, assistants, etc.)
Active search for candidates through all available channels.
Conduct telephone / online interviews.
Check experience, skills, motivation.
Form shortlists, coordinate interviews with department heads.
Maintain the database and maintain order in your work.
Participation in the development of the recruiting direction in the company.
What is important
This is not mass hiring and not "incoming flows". Here you have to search with your hands, raise different channels, work systematically. If you like the technical field, it will be interesting.
There is a lot of work - the direction is at the stage of intensive development. Initiative and a desire to understand the details are important here.
The format is completely remote, no trips or risks. Everything from home, stable and safe.
Having your own PC, headset and uninterrupted internet is mandatory.
