Remote recruiter, HR manager in Bobrov V.I.,FOP

We are looking for a Recruiter / HR manager / who knows how to close complex vacancies. 
This position is well suited to those who are looking for remote work, part-time employment, who want to get their first experience in recruiting. What you will do:• search for "our" candidates on LinkedIn, Telegram, olx, on job platforms and other channels• Publication on job platforms, in social networks, Telegram, Facebook groups, etc.• Freedom in choosing tools for searching for candidates• communicate with candidates: call, write first messages, answer questions, maintain contact• Primary communication (chat / calls)• Conduct online interviews by needs 
Our expectations:• Responsibility and the ability to organize your working hours• Communication and attention to details• Effective phone call skills (it is important to structure the conversation: attract attention, clearly state the essence and conclude with agreements)• Experience will be an advantage, but not mandatory (we will train)  
We offer:• Remote work format• full or part time employment from Mon-Fri at a convenient time with 9-20;• Bonuses for the result (on average UAH 25,000–35,000 per candidate) • Stable and full payment.
