What do we expect from the candidate?
- min. one year of experience in managing a digital team
- experience in recruiting employees to the team, but also in creating development paths or dismissals
- ability to provide positive feedback and negative
- ability to plan your own and the team's work,
- experience in performance/social/digital marketing, which will allow you to provide substantive advice to your team, ( requirementsa proficient knowledge of one of the systems )
- experience in remote work and ability to use tools such as Slack, Asana, Google Meet, (ability to use Excel at an intermediate level is desirable)
- high communication skills,
- insight, noticing connections and dependencies, strategic thinking and at the same time efficient operational activities,
- focus on achieving set goals,
- attitude focused on cooperation and development of own competences
- English at B2 level is welcome (this is not a necessary requirement)
