We are looking for a responsible and structured Graphic Designer, ready to join us on a long-term contractual basis. In this role, you will work on creating static images to promote GuruApps products.

You will work with the Production team and also work closely with creative marketers (who generate ideas for ad creatives and provide technical tasks). Here is an interesting article from our creative marketers about advertising creative.

Tasks for this position:

• Creation of static advertising creatives according to the technical task in Figma (70% of time).
• Visualization of own creative ideas according to a brief description (up to 10% of the time).
• Work with AI services to generate images for static creatives (up to 10% of time).
• Basic image editing in Photoshop (up to 10% of the time).
• Participation in brainstorms with the team to develop new ideas and concepts for advertising materials;

What is needed to join us:

• From 8 months of experience in the company or from 1.5 of the year in creating creatives on a freelance basis.
• Solid experience with Figma and plugins.
• Basic skills in Photoshop.
• Experience using AI tools (Midjourney, Gencraft, or others).
• The presence of such qualities as responsibility, speed, independence, structure, openness to feedback, creativity and motivation.

Will be an advantage:

• Possession of the entire Adobe package.
• Experience working with advertising creatives.
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing.
