Your tasks

At work, you will be responsible for designing websites, digital materials and graphic development of our original website building product.

1. Developing frameworks and content architecture for websites
2. Website design - desktop and mobile
3. Developing creative lines and creating Key Visuals for online and offline campaigns for existing clients and for tenders - Offline is the least important for us.
4. Adapting the created KVs to all the client's advertising media - online and offline,
5. Designing and publishing graphics for social media,
6. Developing graphic materials for printing, preparing files for printing,
7. Graphic design of presentations,
8. Creating animations for campaigns,
9. Communication with clients,
10. Cooperation with the content department and account,

Division of responsibilities ~ 50% digital / 50% web

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position supported by a portfolio - a necessary condition,
2. Knowledge of the principles of design, typography, branding,
3. Freedom in working with Affinity, Adobe, Figma programs,
4. Creativity and willingness to look for non-standard solutions in the field of AI - a necessary condition,
5. Very good knowledge of Social Media along with knowledge of content creation ( what materials, for what purpose to achieve results),
6. Knowledge of the principles of performance-based design, UX, CX,
7. Independence, excellent work organization, punctuality,
8. Knowledge and skills in web design,
9. English at B2 level - speech and writing,

Welcome

1. Design based on components and auto-layout,
2. Experience in projects conducted in the SCRUM methodology,
3. Knowledge of task managers (e.g. Clickup, asana),
4. Basic knowledge of front-end (mainly knowledge of the limitations of transferring pages to code).
5. Willingness to work in managing social content for companies (under the supervision of someone with experience),
6. Fluent knowledge of Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, YouTube trends,
7. Knowledge of photography and creating video materials,
