In this position, you will play a key role in initiating customer activations by conducting daily outbound calls, text messages, or emails to clients who have been enrolled to the company. As an Installation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to newly enrolled clients and guide them through the setup and activation process of our services. The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive knowledge of all VRI device types and be capable of assisting clients in various self-installation scenarios.SchedulesMonday-Friday between:11:00am - 8:30pm EST Training: Two Weeks: Monday-Friday: 9:00 am-5:30 pmModivcare’s positions are posted and open for applications for a minimum of 5 days.
