Main responsibilities:
- Ensuring high-quality technical support for corporate clients regarding the operation of the "Client-Bank", "Internet banking" systems and integration APIs.
- Reception, analysis, classification and resolution of incidents within the SLA framework, with further escalation of complex cases to the development or IT security.
- Installation, configuration and updating of client software (including crypto-protection components, KEP certificates, VPN connections).
- Identification of the causes of technical failures in the operation of banking systems (analysis of logs, network interaction, OS components).
- Preparation of technical documentation, update of the knowledge base, participation in process improvement support.
- Interaction with internal divisions of the bank (development, information security, operations department) for quick resolution of incidents.
Professional knowledge and skills:
- Experience work with SQL: analysis of logs, execution of SQL queries, analysis of results.
- Knowledge of Windows OS: services, registry, security policies, event log; basic administration.
- Understanding of network infrastructure: TCP/IP, VPN, SSL/TLS, proxy, firewall.
- Skills in preparing technical instructions, help and response templates.
Personal qualities:
- High level of customer orientation and communication.
- Ability to independently solve technical incidents of medium complexity.
