We are looking for a structured and proactive 2D Motion Designer , who will be responsible for creating video creatives to promote the Wisey learning platform, thereby accelerating its growth and development.

Our team consists of 12 people, including CEO, Growth Product Manager, Analyst, 2 UAMs, Creative Marketing Lead, Creative Manager, Graphic Designer, UX/UI Designer and development team. We are a small but powerful team, passionate about our work.
We aim to become TOP - 1 in the EdTech niche. We have grown x20 in the last 6 months, we continue to reach our goal and scale, and therefore we need a motivated specialist in the team who will help us reach new heights even faster and more efficiently.

Your future tasks:

• Creating animated 2D videos for advertising creatives.
• Montage of UGC creatives.
• Work with AI tools and streams.
• Close interaction with creative marketers, participation in discussion of ideas and brainstorms.
• Generating basic variations for successful creatives.

What you need to join us:

• 1 year experience in creating animated 2D videos and video editing.
• Relevant works using animation that you can share.
• Practical experience with After Effects and basic with graphic editors (Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator).
• Knowledge of video tools and methods for editing, combining and optimizing video (for example, Adobe Premiere PRO).
• Basic skills of working with AI software (image generation, work with voice acting, etc.).
• Skills of searching and selecting materials on the drains.
• Structuredness, initiative, openness, sociability, flexibility and the ability to work with feedback.
• Ability to effectively allocate working time and adhere to deadlines.
• English level from Intermediate and above.
• Knowledge of the basics of composing, keying, TrackMotion tracking.
