We are looking for a Manager for the construction of the REMIT function. on the subject of risk identification, Development of recommendations and a plan of measures for business regarding the implementation of REMIT requirements in the business process Implementation of measures in accordance with the legislation on REMIT, control over their implementation and execution Conducting explanatory/educational activities for business regarding REMIT Participation in the development/implementation of internal acts directed for the implementation of Remit requirements Analysis of wholesale energy markets for abuse by participants of the wholesale energy market REQUIREMENTS: Higher legal and/or economic English proficiency level not lower than Upper Intermediate Experience of interaction with the regulator Fluency in English; Experience in organizing and managing PRM efficiency management processes NECESSARY SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of the regulatory framework (requirement ) REMIT, experience of working with these requirements; Experience of legal support of stock market trading; Experience of working on building AMK/Remit-compliance functions in business; Ability to analyze business processes for the presence of risks, formulating recommendations for business; knowledge of modern domestic and global trends in political and economic development of the oil and gas sector WE OFFER: The opportunity to gain work experience in the largest private gas production company of Ukraine; Official employment, competitive working conditions and a comprehensive social package; Medical insurance after the trial period; Training at the DTEK Academy (online courses, classroom trainings, master classes, closed clubs, professional communities); a strong and driven team of professionals — leaders in their field.
