Relocation/Accomodation Manager (Warsaw onsite) in Synergetica

REQUIREMENTS- 5+ years of experience in operational or HR roles- Experience in an operational role in an early-stage startup OR experience participating in opening a new office location OR experience as a Relocation Manager- Good knowledge of Polish legislation and ability to consult people who are moving to Poland from other countries- Ability to multitask and handle several different tasks at once- Independence and ability to work without major guidance- Fluency in Polish and English languages- Readiness to work full-time from the office in WarsawNICE TO HAVE- Driving license and own car to handle tasks around the cityRESPONSIBILITIES- Helping with relocation and accommodation of team members who decide to move to the new office location (consult them on all the needed paperwork, assist with renting apartments, help to find and sign up for schools or kindergartens in case the person is moving together with the family, etc)- Handling onboarding and first working days for newcomers (overseeing the paperwork, providing equipment, ensuring the first working day runs smoothly)- Upon need, being involved in office errands (handling the needed supplies, coordinating the vendors, etc)WE OFFER- Competitive salary depending on your experience- Professional development opportunities- Study and practice of English: courses and communication with colleagues and clients from different countries- Yoga classes- Compensation package (paid vacation, sick leaves)- Flexible working hours (from 9-11 to 18-20)If your qualifications and experience match the position's requirements, our recruitment team will contact you in a week maximum.
