Oschadbank is looking for a Release Manager - a specialist who will coordinate software update processes and ensure their quality implementation.

Location: Kyiv, str. Simi Brodskyi, 31/33
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00.

Key tasks:

• Organize and coordinate release processes (updates systems).

• Participate in planning the schedule of releases and coordinate it with the teams.

• Control the filling of releases with components and the quality of their testing.

• Interact with business units, analysts, vendors and other participants in the process.

• Support testing and deployment of releases, help in solving errors.

• Prepare memos, reports and other internal documents.

• Constantly improve your knowledge and skills.

The first 6 months

• 1-2 months: adaptation, familiarization with processes and internal documents, establishing communication with teams.

• 3-6 months: independent coordination of releases, participation in meetings, testing monitoring, conducting retrospectives and generating reports.

This role requires

• Higher education.

• Understanding software development and testing processes, will an advantage.

• Attention to details and the ability to make balanced decisions.

• Ability to defend one's position with arguments.
