You will play apivotal role inensuring the quality and reliability ofour software products. You will lead ateam ofquality assurance engineers and work closely with cross-functional teams toestablish and maintain robust quality assurance processes.Your primary responsibilities will include: —Test Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for software projects, including defining test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks.-Team Leadership: Manage and mentor ateam ofQA engineers, providing guidance, training, and support toensure the delivery ofhigh-quality software-Automation Testing: Oversee the creation and maintenance ofautomated test scripts, continuously improving test coverage and efficiency.-Test Execution: Coordinate and monitor the execution oftest plans, ensuring timely and effective testing ofsoftware features.-Defect Management: Identify, track, and report software defects, working with development teams toensure timely resolution.-Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhanceQA processes, tools, and methodologies toincrease efficiency and effectiveness.-Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, toensure alignment onquality goals and testing priorities.-Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators tomeasure and report onthe quality ofsoftware releases.-Compliance: Ensure adherence toquality standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements, where applicable.-Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation oftest plans, test cases, and test results.Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree incomputer science, engineering, orarelated field (orequivalent experience).-Proven experience inquality assurance and test automation, with aminimum of5+years inaleadership role. -Proficiency withQA and automation testing tools and methodologies.-Strong communication and collaboration skills.-Excellent problem-solving abilities.-Knowledge ofsoftware development and Agile/Scrum methodologies.-Familiarity with software testing best practices and industry trends.Weoffer: -Stable employment inacompany that has been developing theIT industry for over 15years and has grown by102% over the past year.-Competitive, performance-based salary.-Free English classes with anative speaker and external courses compensation.-PE support byprofessional accountants.-Regular team-building events, conferences, meetups and fun activities.-Many other benefits youll find out atthe interview!
