The international non-profit organization Management Sciences for Health (MSH), which, with the support of USAID, is implementing the project "Safe, Affordable and Effective Medicines for Ukrainians" (SAFEMed) in Ukraine, is looking for a Consultant Analyst of the reimbursement program. The consultant analyst will provide support to the National Health Service of Ukraine in the supervision, analysis and development of recommendations regarding the progress of the reimbursement program in 2024-20
The international non-profit organization Management Sciences for Health (MSH), which, with the support of USAID, is implementing the project "Safe, Affordable and Effective Medicines for Ukrainians" (SAFEMed) in Ukraine, is looking for a Consultant Analyst of the reimbursement program. The consultant analyst will provide support to the National Health Service of Ukraine in the supervision, analysis and development of recommendations regarding the progress of the reimbursement program in 2024-2025 within the framework of the implementation of the Medical Guarantee Program, especially focusing on the impact of the program. The main tasks of the consultant are: 1. Conducting an analysis and developing proposals for expanding the scope of the reimbursement program for combined cardiovascular drugs. 2. Analysis of ICD-10 diagnostic codes for active substances included in the reimbursement program for cardiovascular diseases. 3. Development and documentation of algorithms for expanding the reimbursement program in new directions and TIN.4. Analysis of the impact of the "Affordable Medicines" program on the life and health of Ukrainians during its implementation (identification of indicators and evaluation of the impact of the program - cardiovascular diseases and mental and behavioral disorders). 5. Analysis of weak points related to the participation of manufacturers in the reimbursement program, meeting with SMD to discuss and proposed ways of involving them. Requirements for the candidate: Higher education (in the specialties of data analytics, management in health care, IT). Work experience with analyzing data and large amounts of information for 2+ years. Experience working with state bodies (MoH, National Health Service, DEC, MPU, FMS) will be an advantage.
