If you are dedicated to providing excellent care to residents and thrive in a supportive and compassionate environment, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Perform all floor ambulation for residents as prescribed by the rehab department/MDConduct AAROM/PROM for residents as indicatedClean and sanitize all surfaces and equipment used in the functional maintenance programAssist in transferring residents in and out of wheelchairs as part of the functional maintenance programEnsure splints/braces are applied/removed by nursing staff as per MD order and in accordance with the wearing scheduleReport any inconsistencies, functional changes, or skin integrity issues of a resident to the nursing manager and/or rehab directorDocument all Functional Ambulation Profile (FAP) distance and level of assistance daily in the EMRConduct group wellness exercises with residents on the units (if applicable) as directed by the Rehab therapy staffPerform other duties as assigned by the Rehab directorRequirements:High school/GED diplomaHHA/CNA certificate preferred but not requiredBenefits:Competitive Pay401KPaid Time OffMedical/DentalVoluntary Supplemental Insurance PlansCompany PerksEmployee Recognition ProgramsTeam-Like AtmosphereYour #1 goal will be to provide our residents with the best care possible.
