Regulatory and statistical reporting analyst (RozetkaPay) in EVO

About the project:
RozetkaPay is a payment service that provides convenient, fast and reliable payment services both online and offline, and makes the purchase process simple and safe.

RozetkaPay is part of the EVO-Rozetka group of companies. The payment service was created on the basis of the country's most famous marketplaces, which are used by millions of Ukrainians. Our services are already used by Rozetka, Prom, Vchasno, Bigl, Shafa, Volonter by Prom, Vodafone, Robota, Yakaboo and others.

About the team: 

Our team currently consists of two people and reports to the CFO.

What is important for this role:

• higher economic or financial education

• work experience in the banking sector (from 1–2 years) — in the direction of statistical or financial reporting, or participation in the preparation / assistance in the formation of reports for the NBU

• knowledge of the legislation of Ukraine and normative documents of the NBU regarding the formation and submission of reports

• be a confident user of MS Office (Excel - know formulas, summary tables), 1C, ABS and other banking software

• analytical abilities, attention to detail, responsibility

• ability to work with large data sets and control the consistency of indicators

• attention to details and the ability to work under tight deadlines

• communicability, the ability to effectively interact with different departments

Tasks:

• preparation and submission of reporting: formation and timely submission of statistical and regulatory reporting in accordance with the requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU)

• data collection and verification: collection of information from various sources and control of data consistency across transactions

• compliance control: verification of data compliance in internal accounting systems and NBU reporting forms

• transaction registers: preparation and submission of transaction registers at the request of the NBU

• interaction with departments: communication with accounting, financial monitoring, analysts and other departments to ensure completeness and reliability of reporting

• analysis of legislative changes: monitoring of updates to NBU regulatory acts, preparation of proposals for improving reporting processes

• development of the methodology: participation in the improvement of internal procedures, introduction of new methodological approaches to reporting and international standards

• automation: initiating and participating in projects to automate reporting processes, developing technical requirements for data integration, testing new solutions and optimizing work processes in cooperation with the IT team
