Regular/Senior Embedded Security Engineer in Knowit

Project:

We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the team working on projects in the MedTech sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security of embedded systems in medical devices, including the design and implementation of security measures as well as the analysis and improvement of existing solutions.

Must have:

• good knowledge of C/C++,
• ability to debug code in C/C++,
• experience in working with microcontrollers (e.g. ARM Cortex M) and embedded Linux,
• knowledge of embedded issues,
• knowledge of the principles of operation and implementation of cryptography in embedded systems (e.g. AES, SSH, SSL, TSL, etc.),
• experience in designing cybersecurity architecture,
• experience in designing solutions using Secure boot, Secure key-store, Secure JTAG , Secure execution environment,
• knowledge of versioning tools,
• English language at least B2 level
• readiness to work from the office in Łódź .

Good to have:

• experience in securing and testing security vulnerabilities in Linux,
• knowledge of GIT,
• ability to work with Jira, Confluence,
• knowledge of embedded hardware issues (e.g. GPIO, DMA, Timers, ADC, DAC, etc.),
< li> knowledge of SPI, I2C, USART,
• Python - basic knowledge.

Nice to have:

• basic knowledge of electronics,
• ability to operate and use a multimeter, oscilloscope, logic analyzer,
• knowledgeproject building system (e.g. Makefile, Cmake, Scons).
