Candidate profile

We are open to cooperation with a person who is ready for teamwork not only with the product team, but also with other analysts in Brainhub. Characterized by high motivation, sense of ownership and self-organization. He has strong communication skills and can speak the language of technical people in the team and stakeholders on the client side.

It's good if:

• you have at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry,
• you have first experience as an observer and the desire to develop in direction of an independent moderator of Product Discovery workshops,
• you have practical experience in the full software development life cycle,
• you are familiar with PM and BA tools (JIRA, Confluence) ,
• you have the ability to read and understand basic diagrams (BPMN and/or UML),
• you have excellent verbal and written communication skills with both clients and product teams,
• you communicate fluently sin English - min. C1.
