Goal: Within the framework of the Project "Minimum Package of Integrated Social Services for Families with Children", collect information in the target community about families with children in difficult life circumstances in order to provide such families with charitable assistance.

Main duties:

Under the direction of the project coordinator, the registrar:

  1. Applies humanitarian principles and "do no harm" / child protection approaches in practice.
  2. Owns the methodology of selecting respondents in accordance with the criteria.
  3. Conducts surveys, checks documents and assessment of needs in the identified communities.
  4. Ensures accurate entry, storage and processing of personal data in accordance with instructions.
  5. Forms lists of aid recipients and reports (Excel tables, scans, photos).
  6. Issues aid (certificates/goods) in accordance with the established procedure.
  7. Cooperates with the project coordinator, participates in discussions plans and results.
  8. Makes reports on the work performed: lists, consents to PD processing, photo fixation, etc.

Requirements:

  • High level of self-organization. Be able to work with a minimum level of coordination
  • Fluent command of the Ukrainian language
  • Skills in using a smartphone, Google tools, Excel.
  • High communication skills, ability to work with different categories of the population.
  • Experience of working in the social sphere, with communities or humanitarian organizations will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the local context/community is a big plus.

Working conditions:
