Regional Sales Manager in ESR Motor Systems, LLC

Job DescriptionWe are a leading distributor of electric motors and drives currently seeking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to lead our team of outside sales representatives in the Eastern United States! You will be responsible for overseeing, supporting, and developing this sales team to drive company revenue.Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate the sales team activitiesEstablish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales teamAnalyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvementTrack results and trends regularly for business forecastingReport on team and individual performanceDevelop and execute innovative sales strategiesMake frequent joint sales calls to support team membersBuild and form new partnerships with potential clientsQualifications:Previous experience in industrial sales or related fieldStrong knowledge of electric motor, variable frequency drive, and/or gearing productsExperience as a supervisor or managerFamiliarity with CRM platformsStrong leadership qualitiesAbility to build rapport with clientsCompany DescriptionESR is a leading distributor of electric motors, variable frequency drives, and gearboxes selling primarily to industrial customers.
