PRAT "ABINBEV EFES UKRAINE" successfully works and develops in Ukraine, and is a joint venture of the world's largest brewing company Anheuser-Busch InBev, as well as the largest brewing company of Turkey, Anadolu Efes. We are announcing the vacant position of Regional Sales ManagerSouth-Eastern Region of Dnipro. (the title of the position according to the staffing schedule is Regional Sales Manager).
Territory of responsibility: Odesa, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhya, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv and Kirovohrad regions.
Main duties:
- Participation in the formation of strategic and tactical plans for the development of the region and the company as a whole;
- Control of the effectiveness of the sales department in the territory in order to increase the sales volume and market share of the company in the region;
- Setting goals of the regional sales team and analysis of the progress of their implementation, making appropriate adjustments;
- Building mutually beneficial relationships with strategic and new customers;
- Building and maintaining partnerships with distributors, control of work efficiency;
- Control of the effectiveness of sales channels, allocation of investments;
- Budgeting: development, approval and control of execution;
- Tracking of compliance with the price policy in the region;
- Implementation of programs created for the promotion of products;
- Personnel work: implementation of operational management of employees of the region, performance of work performance evaluation, assessment of resources to perform the required volume of work;
- Assistance in training and training of sales managers in sales standards.
- Collection of information about the situation in the territory and its analysis;
- Reporting: daily, weekly, monthly, annual in accordance with requirements.
Requirements for candidates:
- Higher economic/technical education;
- Minimum of 5 years in sales and distribution (FMCG or brewing), at least 3 years of team management experience (10 or more people);
- Experience in successful development of a sales network;
- Experience of working with a wide regional coverage;
- Experience in developing new projects aimed at increasing sales, coverage and effectiveness of the sales structure;
- Successful experience in promoting new products on the market;
- Knowledge of business planning (creation of a business plan);
- Experience in preparationthese budgets (P&L);
- Knowledge of the English language at an intermediate level or higher;
- A confident user of MS Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook;
- Readiness for regular business trips.
