Join us as we continue to grow and make a positive impact on people's lives.Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead and manage a team of salespeople to ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded in assigned markets Market Strategy: Develop and review strategies with Sales Leadership and support execution where needed Distributor Management: Manage existing local distributors at a senior level to ensure full support and effective utilization of distributor resources. Support bringing new distributors on board as needed Performance Tracking: Develop, track, and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maximize sales performance across all territories. Utilize sales tracking tools provided by the analytics team to identify improvement initiatives for the market Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, particularly within local chain accounts. Maintain and develop high-level relationships with high-value retail customers Training and Development: Coach, train, and develop sales team members. Retail Account Management: Call on distributors and retail accounts across various channels, including Natural, Grocery, and Specialty, to drive sales and brand awareness Promotional Events Execution: Ensure efficient execution of existing and new promotional events and calendars to drive sales and enhance brand visibility Distributor Network Management: Maintain and develop the distributor network, ensuring penetration at all relevant levels to maximize brand awareness and growth Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with the analytics team to ensure accurate forecasting for sales targets. Ensure that key strategies and objectives are executed as designedRequirementsBachelor's degree in business or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industryPrior experience in a people-management role with 5 or more direct and in-direct reportsDemonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersProven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plansExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in CRM software and sales analytics toolsValid driver's license and ability to travel as neededBenefitsBase salary of $82,000-95,000, based on territory and experience. Actual salary offered may vary based on location and work experience.
