Highly qualified candidates will be contacted for interviews.About the jobAs the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building the Celsius Brand through management of existing distributors and subordinates within assigned territory as well as researching and selling to distributors within your territory. The Regional Sales Manager must assign, train, motivate, manage, and evaluate the business activities of Celsius employees and distributors within assigned territory to deliver sales plan, exceptional execution, and customer satisfaction for the company’s product lines. She/he will develop sales objectives, prepare, and execute product programs, analyze, and evaluate the status of the company’s products as well as the competitive environment on an ongoing basis.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage the progress of assigned distributor network (and internal field personnel supporting distribution network, when appropriate) performance in the selling and merchandising of the company’s product lines either directly or through your territory managers within your region.Monitor ongoing business trends to effectively forecast sales volumes for each distributor market monthly. This forecast would then be sent to management.Develop and present creative and results oriented presentations to distributors and/or key accounts (Tier 3 Chains/Local Program customers)Maintain customer contact in conjunction with distributors to expedite resolution of customer problems/complaints and to improve overall customer relations, sales volume, and profile in the marketplace.Review and evaluate distributor performance in achieving sales and merchandising objectives through specific objectives for distributors that are clearly articulated, mutually agreed upon and effectively measuredActively participate in the development and implementation of sales programs and all other such brand development projects that relate to field executionActively wire with field marketing teams assigned to your territory by directing them to ideal events, guerilla marketing and demos with the objective to increase brand recognition and sales. All activities by team must be communicated by you to your distributors and key accounts to optimize momentum.Conduct market surveys in all classes of trade to assess the company’s products’ position in the marketplace; monitor competitive activity and developmentsMaintain a high level of interaction with key trade customers to ensure customer satisfaction, educate on product line and category developments and trends, as well as maintain a full understanding of key customers’ organizationsMaintain thorough and current understanding of existing and projected product lines, category trends of key trade customers, of competitors and the marketplace in generalStaff, train, evaluate and develop existing and new team members.Call on a geographical base of customers with the sole intention of improving the Celsius Brand as evidenced through case sales, improved space, and distribution.Research, develop, create, and maintain customer database with customer requirements and business division's volume and distribution goals.Process orders, attend top customer visits monthly; prepare business reviews, present new items and analyze business performance.Forecast by brand and designated packing, volume expected from innovation launches and assigned customer group monthly, quarterly, and annually.Complete all required administrative responsibilities for HQ.Requirements3 to 7 years experience in sales and management in the beverage and/or consumer products industryExtensive travel within geography required as well as working long, flexible hours, including nights and weekends (as necessary)Ability to organize and lead Distributor Teams successfully.Ability to organize, train and lead Celsius Employees successfully.Excellent driving record and insurance, requiredAbility to use Excel, email, and PowerPoint as sales toolsPersonal vehicle and cell phone use, if necessaryExceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal/written) with the ability to give DAILY reports to your ManagerExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesMust excel in multi-tasking within a fast-paced organizationWork well both independently and as a teamStrategic, competitive, and committed to successBENEFITS OFFERED:Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision benefitsLong- and short-term disabilityLife insurancePaid time offIdentity theft and legal servicesThe above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
