We are looking for a REGIONAL MANAGER FOR SALES OF LOGISTICS SERVICES (actual residence South of Ukraine - Odesa, Mykolaiv)
Location: Only Odesa or Mykolaiv (hybrid format: home office + meetings at clients).
Important: Candidates who plan to work from abroad or from other regions without moving, we do not consider.

You do not have experience in sales specifically logistics services (transportation services, warehouse logistics). We do not teach logistics from scratch, we are looking for an expert.
You are not ready for physical meetings with clients in the Southern region.
You are looking for a calm "operational" job without cold calls and active search.

Your area of responsibility is Southern Ukraine. We don't need just an "order taker". We need a hunter who knows the specifics of the region (ports, retail, distributors).
Active "hunting" of new customers: cold calls, meetings, presentations.
Selling expertise: You are not selling "shelf space" or one-time transportation, you are selling chain optimization supply.
Top-level negotiations: Access to LPRs, conclusion of long-term contracts.

Has proven experience in B2B logistics sales from 3 years (if you worked on the client side in logistics procurement - this is not the experience).
Understands the difference between 3PL, FTL/LTL, pallet delivery, pricing of warehouse services, their types, etc.
Has own base of contacts or understanding of potential customers of the South who need logistics services.
Driven, ambitious and focused on closing deals.
