Regional sales manager (B2B) in NVN

Main responsibilities: Development and implementation of sales strategy in the assigned territory in order to achieve and exceed sales volume goals. Active search and attraction of new customers, including conducting negotiations and concluding contracts. Maintenance and development of long-term relationships with existing customers. Analysis of the market and competitive environment to determine customer needs and opportunities for growth. Preparation of sales reports and forecasts for management. Candidate requirements: Experience in sales in the field of building or roofing materials in the market B2B at least 1 year. High communication skills and ability to negotiate. Ability to analyze the market and identify potential opportunities for development. Having successful experience in attracting new customers and maintaining relations with our partners. Higher education, preferably in the field of economics, management or construction. Willingness to travel, own car. Working conditions: Competitive salary linked to work results.
