The company AB InBev Efes in Ukraine announces the opening of the position of Regional Manager in the city of Lviv.
Territory of responsibility: Lviv, Rivne, Volyn, Ternopil, Chernivtsi, Khmelnytskyi, Ivano-Frankivsk and Zakarpattia regions.
You will have the opportunity to work with the products of the company AB InBev Efes - the world leader in brewing, which is one of the five largest manufacturers of consumer goods. On the Ukrainian market, the company is represented by the brands Chernihivske, Rohan, Yantar, BUD, Stella Artois, Corona Extra, Leffe, Hoegaarden and others.
Main duties:

Participation in the formation of strategic and tactical plans for the development of the region and the company as a whole;Control of the effectiveness of the sales department in the territory in order to increase the sales volume and market share of the company in the region; li>Setting goals for the regional sales team and analyzing the progress of their implementation, making appropriate adjustments;Building mutually beneficial relationships with strategic and new customers;Building and maintaining partnerships with distributors, control of work efficiency; Control of the effectiveness of sales channels, allocation of investments; Budgeting: development, approval and control of execution; Tracking of compliance with the price policy in the region; Implementation of programs created for the promotion of products;Personnel work: operational management of regional employees, assessment of work efficiency, assessment of resources to perform the required volume of work; Facilitating the training and training of sales managers in sales standards.Collection of information about the situation in the territory and its analysis;Reporting: daily, weekly, monthly, yearly in accordance with the requirements.< /li>Requirements for candidates:
- Higher economic/technical education;
- Minimum of 5 years in the field of sales and distribution (FMCG or brewing), at least 3 years of experience managing a team (10 or more people);
- Experience of successfully developing a sales network;
- Experience of working with a wide regional coverage;

- Experience in developing new projects aimed at increasing sales, coverage and effectiveness of the sales structure;
- Successful experience in promoting new products on the market;
- Knowledge of business planning (creating business - plan);
- Experience in budget preparation (P&L);
- Knowledge of the English language at an intermediate level or higher;
- A confident user of MS Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook;
- Readiness for regular business trips.
