Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities and driving revenue growth in your assigned region. This is a key position that requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. MUST HAVE PLANT-BASED SALES EXPERIENCE.DUTIES Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and support Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders Attend trade shows and demonstrations as needed Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review Stay up to date with industry trends, competition, and best practicesRequirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field Proven track record of success in sales in food service, plant-based experience a big plus Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), NetSuite or similar CRM software Ability to analyze market data and make informed business decisions Fluency in English, read and write a must Culinary Skills to demonstrate products Willingness to travel within the assigned regionIf you are a results-driven individual (closer) with a passion for food sales and strong communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
