Create regional sales plans in alignment with business objectives. Support and guide agents with day-to-day operation and yearly targets. Report on regional sales results. Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility. Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth, analyzing market trends and competitors' activities in the region. Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions. Participate in decisions for expansion. Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction. Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to existing customer bases across the region. Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure. Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and accounts for growth and retention. Representing the company at regional events and trade shows. Results:Develop an agent network and project business in regionIncrease a part of project orders in AMEA portfolio on 50%.
