We are announcing the opening of a Regional Manager (Lviv-Uzhgorod area)
Key tasks:
- Formation of an action plan to achieve target indicators within the framework of territory and resources (financial, material, human).
- Formation of plans for the development of the territory and clients within the framework of company standards.
- Formation of the team. Recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, field/auditory training and development of subordinates.
- Setting goals and motivating subordinates. Formation of a personnel reserve within the framework of your team.
- Formation of an action plan for the development of the client base, according to the priorities and standards of the company.
- Negotiations and conclusion of contracts with key customers, according to the current standards of the company.
- Operational interaction and development of relations with the distributor. in TT, according to company standards in the territory. Audit of storage at warehouses of ROC and TRO.
- Participation in the development of TRO/POSM and monitoring of the effective use of TRO/POSM, according to company standards on the territory.
- Management and monitoring of the effective use of FRP, according to company standards on the territory.
- On the basis of received analytical data and reports, make adjustments in your activity plans. Plan resources and execution of CRI.
- Provide feedback to managers/colleagues/distributor according to the given timing and format.
- Inform customers in case of changes in the order of processing documents, or receive and submit updated documents from the company's customers.
- Sign distribution agreement with distributors.
Basic requirements:
- Higher education;
- Experience in management positions in national or international companies;
- Experience in management personnel;
- Understanding distribution business, principles of sales organization, vision of market development and trends, knowledge of competitors;
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation.
- Collection and analysis of information (working with large volumes of data, calculations, preparation ofpresentations);
- Knowledge of software (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
