We are looking for a regional sales manager in Ukraine (Kyiv, with business trips to Kryvyi Rih). The ideal candidate will be involved in the prospecting and closing of potential clients, which will contribute to increasing the company's profits. He will also be responsible for the development and implementation of sales of metal products in the city of Kyiv, Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Chernihiv and Cherkasy regions with the goal of maximizing the company's profit.
Responsibilities :
li>Formation of proposals regarding the company’s selling prices for sale on the territory of Ukraine and price control
Ensuring uninterrupted and timely cash flow according to the business planControl over crediting of customers and prevention of late payments Constant marketing control of the domestic market taking into account internal and external factorsExpansion of the customer base and development of new productsPromotion of the ArcelorMittal brandJoint working on incoming complaints from consumers with the aim of preventing them in the future and minimizing damage to our company, both in terms of reputation and financesEducation and experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics or finance. As an alternative, several years of experience in the metallurgical industry will be considered.
- Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of the product portfolio, market dynamics, competitors, customers, applications, manufacturing processes and supply chain in the metallurgical industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written English communication skills are a must.
- Adaptability: Flexibility, creativity and open-mindedness, ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment.
- IT Skills: Proficient user of IT tools such as Microsoft Office, Business Intelligence (BI) software, SAP and other relevant software systems.
- Driving License: Have a valid driver's license for business travel.
