The Right to Protection, CF
BF "Right to Protection" (the Foundation) is a charitable organization that focuses its activities on providing assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs), people in need of international protection, stateless persons and groups at risk of statelessness. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and implements programs of free legal assistance throughout Ukraine, and also promotes changes in national legislation in accordance with international standards in the field of human rights. to protect and support the rights of internally displaced persons and the population affected by the conflict. The Fund monitors the protection and supports the initiatives of local communities, advocates for the improvement of legal norms and policies, and also provides free legal assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs).
With the support of the UNHCR, the Fund implements the direction of providing emergency cash assistance to IDPs and the war-affected population and is looking for candidates for the position Regional program coordinator for the provision of emergency cash assistance in Odesa (we will also consider candidates from other cities) covering the following regions: Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kirovohrad, Cherkasy (partially) and Vinnytsia (partially) oblasts.
The regional program coordinator for the provision of emergency monetary assistance of the BF "Right to Defense" reports to the Program Coordinator for the provision of emergency monetary assistance.
Responsibilities regional program coordinator for the provision of emergency financial assistance include information processing and general support for the activities of the Right to Defense Foundation at the regional level in particular, but not limited to the following:
Coordination of financial assistance projects in the areas under the Coordinator;
Organization of the project's goals, quantitative and qualitative indicators.
Organization of the work of regional teams within the defined area in order to achieve the qualitative and quantitative goals of the project;
Coordinating the activities of regional teams, ensuring the proper and timely execution of tasks set by the coordinator, formulating and explaining tasks and deadlines to employees of regional offices, determining the circle of those responsible for the implementation of specific tasks;
Ensuring the proper maintenance of the database in accordance with the existing instructions and quality control of filling the database by regional teams;
Collection, systematization and storage of documentation and materials based on the results of regional offices in paper and electronic form;
Organization and/or participation in key coordination meetings with local authorities, international organizations and other NGOs, and transfer of relevant information to coordinators; support of project cooperation with key partners, local authorities at the regional level;
Collection of financial documentation (invoices, etc.) of the team and its submission for reimbursement of expenses, in accordance with the procedures of BO BF "Right to Defense" and within the specified time;
Formation of the project completion report.
Continuing constructive communication with the emergency cash assistance coordinator.
Performance of performance analysis of employees of regional offices;
Certification of monthly time sheets of regional offices;
Ensuring regional team employees understand and follow the Code of Conduct andother internal policies of the BF "Right to Protection".
Necessary skills/qualifications
Higher education;
Tolerance; the ability to create and maintain a friendly working atmosphere;
Proficiency in English at the B2 level and above;
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines;
Ability to work closely with team members;
Good analytical skills and attention to detail;
Availability of a car and driver's license will be an advantage.
