Regional personnel manager in Prostor

PROSTOR chain of stores is opening a vacancy

Regional HR manager. 

Tasks:

• recruitment of personnel for vacancies in PROSTOR stores, fixed region;
• organization of the process training and control of personnel adaptation;
• formation, planning of the personnel reserve;
• labor market analysis, monitoring of wages;
• preparation of instructions and training materials;

• development and holding of thematic webinars, distance courses, training; personnel.

We will give preference to candidates:

• with higher education (preferably psychology, economics);
• experience working with a similar function is mandatory;
• desire to develop in the HR direction;
• experience working in a managerial position in a store will be a plus;
• confident PC user , 1C 8, Excel (VPR, Summary tables);
• effectiveness, responsibility, positive attitude ;)

Working conditions: p>

• work schedule Mon - Fri from 09:00 to 18:00 - remotely;
• registration according to the Labor Code;
• compensation for mobile communication, expenses for business trip, travel around the city.
