Regional HR manager in Lviv

Task:

• recruitment of personnel for vacancies in PROSTOR stores of the established region;
• organization of the internship process and control of personnel adaptation;
• formation, planning of the personnel reserve;
• li>analysis of the labor market, monitoring of wages;
• preparation of instructions and training materials;
• development and holding of thematic webinars, distance courses, trainings;
• participation in personnel evaluation;
• preparation of established reporting;
• participation in projects of the Department of Personnel Management.

We will give preference to candidates:

• with a higher education (preferably psychology, economics);
• work experience with a similar function is mandatory;
• desire to develop in the direction of HR;< /li>
• experience working in a managerial position in a store will be a plus;
• confident PC user, 1C 8, Excel (VPR, Pivot Tables);
• efficiency, responsibility, positive mood ;)

Working conditions:

• work place — at the PROSTOR store at the address of st. Bohdan Khmelnytskoho, 214 and on the territory of other PROSTOR stores in the region; 
>compensation for mobile communication, travel expenses, travel around the city
