Thanks to the partnership with the international network "ON Clinic" and the medical center "DoctorPro" in Slovakia, our doctors have the opportunity to improve their qualifications and exchange experience with colleagues from other countries, which makes them experts in specialized fields of medicine.
We have been working since 2007 and are constantly improving to make private medicine accessible to each of our patients.

Duties of our future colleague:

• Searching and recruiting staff at clinics in Poland (doctors, nurses);

• Employee life cycle support (Onboarding, Adaptation, 1on1s, Exit Interview etc.);

• Implementation of internal HR processes;

• Assisting managers and team members in solving urgent HR issues, performing administrative tasks.

It is important for us:

• Residence in Poland, Wroclaw or Lodz, or willingness to move with our help is required;

• 2 years of successful HR work experience;

• High level of command of Polish and Ukrainian languages (possibility of communication in messengers and conducting a voice interview) must!

• Readiness for business trips;

• Initiative and results-oriented ;

• Selfresponsibility and responsibility.
