Kyiv city organization of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine announces a competition for filling the position of Specialist/position in the development of district organization (Solomyansk, Pechersk or Dniprovsk).

The Red Cross Society of Ukraine is the largest humanitarian organization in the country, which is the first to respond to emergency situations and provides assistance to those who need it most.

Main duties:

• Supporting the sustainable implementation of organizational development tools.
• Collection and analysis of results the work of the district organization.
• Formation of reporting for partners.
• Organization of work in Microsoft 365 (planning, tracking of tasks, reporting).
• Maintenance of document databases on organizational development and volunteer management.
• Organization and conduct of activities for self-assessment of organizational potential.
• Providing consulting and methodological support to local organizations.
• Monitoring activities, including visits to local organizations.
• Organization of thematic events, trainings and information sessions.
• Mentoring and support of specialists in the development of organizations and volunteering.
• Promotion of the use of methodical tools of organizational development.
• Implementation of principles of caring for volunteers and their well-being.

Requirements for candidates

Desired:

• Higher education.
• Crosses, non-profit organizations or government institutions of the social sphere.

Required:

• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools.
• Skills in preparing analytical and descriptive reports.
• Proficiency in written Ukrainian.
• Knowledge of office equipment.
• Developed communication skills and ability to work with different categories of people.
• Ability to adapt to changes.
