Your future team of professionals:
OnTaxi regional and city managers building one of the most effective regional ridehailing services in the country
Data-driven team: analyzes demand, supply, AR/CR, seasonality and driver behavior on a daily basis.
You will launch new cities and scale existing ones: you will assess the potential of regions, open new areas, restore weak cities and improve the quality of service on the ground
You will lead a team of city and regional managers, ensuring high quality of operations, fulfillment of SLA and operational disciplines
You will increase key operational metrics: Acceptance Rate, Completion Rate, Response Time, Driver Availability, Supply Hours
You will build an effective funnel of drivers — from registration to stable activities; you will optimize quality, rating, fines, churn
You will launch local campaigns to attract and retain drivers: partnerships, referral programs, incentives
You will improve the operation of offline centers and verification points, ensuring a stable influx of quality supply
You will promptly resolve regional incidentsand service issues: driver shortages, mass cancellations, security and fraud issues
You will build dashboards and regular operational plans, conduct data analysis and drive improvements
Feed insights from cities to launch experiments and improving the user experience of drivers and passengers. data: you will structure signals from cities, conduct correlational and causal analysis to identify bottlenecks in the funnels of drivers and the work of city teams.
Understanding of unit-economics, key marketplace-metrics and specifics of the taxi segment
Skills in building SLAs and KPIs
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, ability to forecast
Experience in building dashboards and creating queries for them
Knowledge of statistical analysis methods (mean, median, variance, correlation, hypotheses)
Data-driven approach in every decision. A strong analytical mindset and the ability to manage through metrics is a must
You think in numbers, make decisions based on data, not intuition
You can quickly understand complex data, see patterns and draw conclusions that are transformed into action.
