Requirements: Education: higher; Organizational skills; Good communication skills; Initiative, stress resistance, perseverance; Flexibility and the ability to work independently and in a team; Experience in administrative, managerial work / experience in working with people (personnel management of 20 or more people . Firmness, clarity when setting tasks. The ability to take responsibility for the decisions made. It is desirable to have a car, category "B" driver's license. Willingness for short-term business trips in Western Ukraine. Responsibilities: Management and quality control of cleaning works on existing facilities in the Western region; Start-up of facilities from scratch; Coordination, training, control and organization of the work of subordinate personnel at existing facilities in the Western region; Communication with the representative of the customer, ensuring the fulfillment of the scope of services agreed with clients, signing acts of completed works. Participation in the selection of personnel necessary for work at trusted objects. Ordering consumables for objects, drawing up technological maps, staff timesheets, keeping reporting documentation.
