Regional marketing manager/CMO in PRO.people Recruitment Agency

International marketing agency, which works in foreign markets (more than 90 countries of the world), in connection with the "exit" to new markets, is looking for Regional marketing manager/CMO who will be fully responsible for the development of the new region. This is a unique opportunity to combine marketing (all its directions) with the product part and with operational activities.

You will be able to take part in product localization, build your own marketing strategy, deeply study the market and get new international experience.

Key tasks:

• analysis of marketing research, the existing position of the brand on the market;

• gathering information about the regional market: competitors, trends, etc.;

• creating and implementing a marketing strategy aimed at brand development;

• p>

• formation of the budget and its distribution by communication channels;

• conducting current and creating new marketing campaigns, analyzing their effectiveness and optimization;< /p>

• control of regional KPIs, proposals/ideas for improving indicators;

• team building and management, responsibility for work results.

Experience and skills:

• from 3 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce;

• experience working with the main digital channels: SEO, SERM, SEM, affiliate marketing, SMM and PR, email and retention-marketing;

• understanding of the "sales funnel" of a web product, key conversion factors and product promotion;

• knowledge and ability to use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Similar Web, etc.) ;

• knowledge of the English language from Intermediate (communication with foreign partners - correspondence, calls).

< em>Experience with international markets will be a plus.
