In connection with the expansion of the staff, we are looking for a strong Regional manager (with a car) for the development of the sales network in the region of Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Chernivtsi.

Control of the implementation of standards, technologies and work efficiency
Control of receivables
Management and training of the sales team (territorial managers, TP)
Participation in trade-marketing activities
Preparation of presentations and commercial proposals
Support of the opening of new trading centers
Requirements:
Higher education (preferably management / economics)
Experience of managing the region and sales team - from 2-3 years
Mandatory work experience in FMCG
Availability of communications in the TOP regional networks of the Western region
Experience in building quantitative distribution
Experience in finding and managing sales representatives
Availability of own car
Strong leadership qualities, analytical thinking, flexibility
Conditions:
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00
Business trip across the region
Fixed rate + KPI bonus
30 calendar days holidays
Compensation package: fuel card, phone, laptop, SIM card
