Tasks you will face:
- To monitor the needs of communities, in particular their residents, as well as military personnel, veterans and their families in the territory of the assigned region, directly initiate and organize social events in these communities;
- Participate in events of local significance and represent the interests of the Foundation and the company's enterprises, partners, military and veterans, their families; families of employees and lessors of the company, residents of communities;
- Process appeals from representatives of communities, local governments, regional administrations, leaders of the social and cultural sphere and other organizations with the goal of joint implementation of social projects;
- Attract financial resources from the budgets of communities, business partners, NGOs for the implementation of social initiatives on the territory of communities;
- Responsible for the organization and implementation of social projects and events on the territory of the subordinate region (project management);
- Organize PR support for social projects and events;
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented social projects;
- Report on implemented projects and initiatives to management, as well as partners (according to agreements).

Requirements for candidates:
- Experience of working with public organizations from 2 years.
- Skills in the development and implementation of projects in the social sphere, psychological support, rehabilitation
- Understanding the principles of working with by local self-government bodies, non-governmental organizations
- Effective communication and skills of establishing new connections
- Own a PC and knowledge of office programs: MS Word, Excel, 1C
- Skills managing people and working in a team
- Availability of own car and a driver's license of category B. The business trip is close toat 50% working time.
