We are looking for a leading manager-supervisor for a team of stores in the Kyiv region: Irpin, Sofiivska Borshchagivka, Kotsyubynske, Petropavlivska Borshchagivka...

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Work experience of 2 years in the field of retail in managerial positions;
• Knowledge of the basics of financing and budgeting of enterprises;
• Experience of managing a chain of stores;
• Knowledge of the basics of management personnel;
• Ability to correctly define goals for subordinates and monitor the performance of tasks;
• Ability to create, through store managers, a microclimate inside each of the accountable stores, contributing to the implementation of sales plans.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating the work of authorized store managers, as well as creating the necessary conditions for the implementation of the sales plan;
• Control of the timely provision of periodic reporting;
• Analysis of the reports of store managers, development of a plan of measures that will contribute to increasing sales;
• Formation of store plans;
• Control and approval of expenses stores;
• Monitoring the execution of sales plans of authorized stores;
• Ensuring the execution of business processes in stores;
• Planning the need for sales personnel;
• Monitoring the activity of competitors.

Working schedule: from Mon to Fri, Sat and Sun off.
