What tasks await you: Managing the development of the entrusted territory, current and strategic planning (B2C segment . The product is high-speed Internet "Vodafone Gigabit Net"); Coordination and management of a team of sales managers; Ensuring the implementation of sales plans in the assigned territory, including through personal sales (territorial specialists, dealers, VF Retail, condominiums, BTL agencies); Monitoring of telecommunications market, competitive analysis; Ensuring the implementation of the standard of visual representation in the established territory — POSM; Analysis and preparation of proposals for the development of new coverage areas; Monitoring the implementation of network construction standards. Necessary skills and experience: Practical experience in active personal sales of FMCG, telecom, mobile communications communication; Team management experience; Skills in setting tasks and monitoring their implementation; Understanding and orientation in the concepts of alternative sales channels; Leadership qualities, strong presentation and communication skills, result orientation, ability to react quickly and make decisions, responsibility; Willingness for periodic business trips .Become a part of the Vega Family.
