Our employee in this position:

• Implements corporate standards and procedures for occupational health and safety in branches and subdivisions
• Organizes and monitors the processes of training, briefings and knowledge testing of employees
• Coordinates the work of local occupational health and safety specialists and monitors the quality of their tasks
• Conducts inspections of working conditions and forms regular reports based on the results
• Monitors the implementation of preventive programs and occupational health and safety measures
• Organizes the investigation of incidents and monitors the implementation corrective actions
• Translates the corporate strategy into regional plans and coordinates their implementation
• Identifies and analyzes risks, proposes measures to minimize them
• Initiates and implements improvements based on the results of audits and inspections
• Ensures effective communication between the central office and regional security divisions of labor
• Informs management about the state of labor protection in the regions

We invite you to an interview if you have:

• Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts on labor protection, fire and man-made safety, civil protection, labor legislation
• Skills to apply international practices in the field of labor safety (leadership in the field of safety, audits, behavioral audits, "five steps of safety", LOTO, 5S etc.)
• Experience of working in OP at least 5 years and at least 2 years of management experience
• Experience of OP coordination at several enterprises / objects
• Experience of working with performance indicators (KPI / OKR)
• Experience of conducting audits, investigating incidents. Management of corrective and preventive measures
• Proficiency in data mining methods and working with large volumes of information
• Proficiency in accounting systems at the level of a confident user: SAP, 1C, Power BI, MS Azure (DWH, ADF, etc.) and MS Office 365 products
• Problem solving, project management and optimization of business processes
