Territory of responsibility: Kyiv, Bila Tserkva, Cherkasy, Chernihiv

Type of vacancy: temporary (during the mobilization of the main employee)

Number of subordinates: 9 employees

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher medical/pharmaceutical education; 
• Work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years in an international company; 
• Successful experience of managing a team, ability to motivate it; 
• Excellent communication skills, effective negotiation skills, leadership qualities: the ability to influence people, inspire trust, ignite an idea; 
• Effective planning skills; 
• Confident PC user (Microsoft Office), CRM; 
• Ability to think globally, manage the situation, diagnose the problem in time, think creatively, make decisions; 
• Determination, initiative, responsibility, organization, stress resistance, honesty.

Mainand responsibilities:

• Achieving the planned indicators of the marketing strategy and sales strategy in the accountable region; 
• Systematic monitoring of market indicators data; 
• Development of relationships with potential / key clients in the reporting area (thought leaders in the field of health care, doctors of category A and persons belonging to the administration of LPZ and pharmacy institutions); 
• Effective management of the territory (management of relationships with potential customers, quality control of customer base of employees, search for new opportunities, control of visiting activity to customers, ensuring effective segmentation/targeting using CRM); 
• Effective team management (setting goals and objectives, planning, interim control, identifying problems, collecting and analyzing the obtained results, summing up, evaluating work efficiency); 
• Working with personnel: finding (if necessary) new employees, adaptation, training, development of competencies, monitoring of the dynamics of development of professional skills, motivation, solving difficult situations, conducting double visits in accordance with company standards; creation of a positive working climate in the team; 
• Adherence to the rules of business ethics, requirements of Ukrainian legislation, strengthening the company image, sharing and supporting company values and policies.
