Regional manager for the development of the supermarket chain (operational activity) in Epicentr K

We invite a Regional manager for supermarket chain development (Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Chernihiv, Zhytomyr regions) to join the team of the national chain of shopping centers "Epicenter K".

Your tasks:

• development of the retail network (opening of new outlets and development of existing ones);
• budgeting and planning (compilation of sales plans, budgets, control over the implementation of planned indicators, control over costs);
• personnel management, formation of an effective team;
• analysis of assortment matrix, its actualization taking into account the needs of the market to ensure sales growth at retail outlets;
• organization and control over timely and high-quality accounting of goods, participation in inventory at retail outlets;
• implementation and control over compliance with work standards at retail outlets;
• control and analysis of the efficiency of use resources of the enterprise, retail space and equipment, development and implementation of measures to increase the efficiency of their use;
• participation in the development of a strategy for the development of the retail network, taking into account the analysis of the market, demand, competitive environment and the needs of the end consumer;
• development and implementation of marketing actions and measures aimed at increasing the sales volumes at trading points, analysis of their effectiveness;
• organization of work for the timely opening and operation of retail outlets according to the plan and set deadlines.

It is important for us:

• knowledge and understanding of the specifics of the retail market (food and non-food group);
• experience of conducting successful negotiations in various areas;
• experience of working with food products is mandatory;
• readiness for business trips;
• communication skills at a high level, initiative;
• readiness to work in an intensive mode.
