We are looking for a qualified and motivated Regional Manager who will be responsible for the development of our company in the region. The main goal of this position is to increase the volume of sales of our products and attract new customers. Duties: Development and management of the distribution network in the region; Active search for new partners and expansion of the customer base; Conducting negotiations with potential customers and partners; Accounting and analysis of the competitive situation on market; Ensuring a high level of customer service; Monitoring and analyzing sales, developing strategies to increase sales volumes; Reporting and monthly sales reporting. Requirements: Experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetics industry; High communication and negotiation skills; Ability to actively sales and finding new opportunities; Self-confidence and the ability to work in a team; Willingness for frequent business trips and trips to the region; Experience in managing a distribution network will be an advantage; Driver's license category B.
